What time can we check in/out?

Check-in from 2pm and check-out by 10am - time for poolside dips when you arrive, and a lazy sleep-in before you leave.

Can I bring my pet?

We allow pets on sites and have specific requirements. Please give our team a call if you have any questions ahead of your reservation.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

No open fires are to be lit at any time. We have BBQs and a pizza oven available for guest use.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Plans can shift - we get it. Give our reception team a call and we’ll talk through the best way to adjust your booking.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

We keep it simple - no annual sites, cabins or long-term stays here. Christchurch is all about holidays, not forever homes.

Can I book as a group?
