  • Payment
    • The first night is payable at the time of booking.
    • The total package cost must be paid in full 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • Amendments
    • Reservations may be amended up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
    • Any changes are subject to availability and must be used within the same travel season. Bookings cannot be transferred to the following summer or future peak seasons.
  • Cancellations by Guest
    • To cancel your booking, please notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
    • A full refund of the package will be provided if cancellation is received more than 72 hours prior to arrival.
    • If notice is received within 72 hours of arrival, all monies paid may be retained.
    • If you do not arrive on your reservation date, your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  • Cancellations due to Ferry Service Disruption
    • In the unlikely event the ferry service is cancelled by the operator due to weather or operational reasons, we will first offer to transfer your booking to alternative dates within the same travel season (subject to availability).
    • If a transfer is not possible, a full package refund will be provided, including the accommodation and ferry components.
    • Please note that partial refunds (accommodation-only or ferry-only) are not available if the ferry component is cancelled, as this forms part of a complete holiday package.
  • Guest Responsibility
    • Guests are responsible for ensuring they can travel to the park by alternative means should they choose not to use the shuttle service (e.g., by car). If the ferry is operational but a guest decides not to travel, standard cancellation terms will apply.
    • The name on the reservation must match the credit cardholder’s name, and the same individual must check in for the stay.
  • General Conditions
    • Blackout dates may apply.
    • All bookings are subject to weather and operational conditions beyond the park’s control.
    • Standard Tasman Holiday Parks booking terms and conditions apply in conjunction with the above.
