What time can we check in/out?

Check in is from 10am and check out is by 12pm. Plenty of time for a slow start or a cheeky morning stroll before you hit the road.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, we welcome pets with open arms. Just keep in mind not every cabin is pet-friendly and extra charges may apply, so it’s best to check with us when booking.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

BBQs are absolutely fine and we’ve got the facilities ready to go. We don’t allow open fires, but the sausages still taste just as good.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

We do offer long-term stays. Just give our friendly reception team a call and they’ll walk you through availability and options.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

At the moment, Torquay Palms isn’t fully accessible due to park layout. We’re always happy to talk through your needs and help find the best option for your stay.
