What time can we check in/out?

Check-in is from 2pm for cabins and sites. Check-out time is 10am. If you’re arriving late, just give us a call and we’ll talk you through what to do. Easy.

Can I bring my pet?

We love furry mates, but unfortunately this park is not pet-friendly. If travelling with a pet, check out one of our other Tasman parks that roll out the welcome mat for four-legged guests.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

Absolutely, we allow fire pits on camp sites only, and there are gas BBQs available in the park. They’re ready when you are for snags, steaks or whatever else is on the tongs.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Our team can walk you through the details depending on your booking type. We’re always happy to help if plans change. Just give us a call or check your confirmation email for specifics.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

At the moment we don’t offer annual or long-term stays at Racecourse. But if you’re looking to come back again soon, we’ll always try to help you find the perfect spot.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

We have accessible cabins and an accessible amenities block in the park. If you or someone in your group has specific needs, give us a call and we’ll make sure everything is set up to make your stay comfortable.

Can I book as a group?

Yes you can. Whether you’re travelling with family, friends or a club, we’re happy to help with group bookings. Just contact the office and we’ll help get everything sorted.

What are your reception hours?

9am – 5pm (subject to change depending on season). After Hours (for emergencies only). There is an emergency mobile number for serious maintenance issues and other urgent issues attached to the front door at reception.

Where is the closest bottle shop?

If you’re looking to stock up, the nearest bottle shop is Bawley Liquor Barn, just a quick 4 min drive from the park. It’s easy to get to and has everything you need to keep your holiday drinks sorted.
