What time can we check in/out?

Check-in for sites is at 12pm and 2pm for cabins. Check-out time is 10am. If you’re arriving late, just give us a call and we’ll talk you through what to do. Easy.

Can I bring my pet?

Absolutely. We have pet-friendly cabins and all our sites welcome furry friends too. We've even got a dogwash station so your pooch can get a makeover during their stay.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

We allow fire pits during certain times of the year and gas BBQs are always available in the park. They’re ready when you are for snags, steaks or whatever else is on the tongs.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Our team can walk you through the details depending on your booking type. We’re always happy to help if plans change. Just give us a call or check your confirmation email for specifics.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

At the moment we don’t offer annual or long-term stays at Kioloa. But if you’re looking to come back again soon, we’ll always try to help you find the perfect spot.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

We want to be upfront — While we’ll always do our best to assist, this location may not be ideal for guests with mobility needs. Please give us a call so we can talk through your requirements.

 Can I book as a group?

Yes you can. Whether you’re travelling with family, friends or a club, we’re happy to help with group bookings. Just contact the office and we’ll help get everything sorted.

Can I ride my bicycle, skateboard or scooter around the park?

Bikes, skateboards and scooters are permitted in the park during daylight hours. Helmets MUST be worn. Please watch out for cars. The speed limit in the park is 5km per hour.
