Contact this park

What time can we check in/out?

Check in anytime from 10am, with check out at 12 noon. Just enough time to enjoy one last cuppa in the sun before you hit the road.

Can I bring my pet?

Absolutely. We love seeing furry family members in the park. Just a heads up, not every cabin is pet-friendly and small charges may apply, so give our friendly team a buzz to find the best option for you and your four-legged mate.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

BBQs are all good, so fire up the snags. We don’t allow open fires though, to keep things safe for everyone (and every furball).

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

We know plans can change like the Queensland weather. Reach out to our reception team and they’ll talk you through your options. Friendly help is just a call away.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

We do offer long-term stays in selected cabins. Just call our reception team — they’re locals, they’re lovely, and they’ll happily talk you through what’s available.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

We’re working on becoming more accessible. Right now, we’ve got shower and bathroom amenities that are suitable for guests with mobility needs. If you have any questions, just give us a call, we’re always happy to help.

Can I book as a group?

Yes, group bookings are welcome. Just send us an email with a few details about your crew and we’ll help you get sorted. Family reunions, sports teams or just a bunch of mates, we’ve seen it all.
