Contact this park

What time can we check in/out?

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. But if you arrive early or want to linger a little longer, just have a chat with our friendly team and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, we welcome your furry friends. Pets are allowed on sites, and we’re surrounded by lovely spots for walks too. Just give us a call to double check any seasonal restrictions or pet-friendly site options.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

We don’t allow fires here since we’re in the tropical north, but there are communal BBQs ready to go. Pack your snags and settle in for a classic outdoor cook-up.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Plans change and we get that. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate you book, so we always recommend reading the fine print at checkout or giving us a call. We're here to help you rework your stay if things shift.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

Yes we do. A small number of cabins are set aside for longer stays. Just get in touch with us directly for availability and details.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

We’re a multi-level park with some elevated sections, so accessibility can be limited in certain areas. If you have specific needs, please contact us and we’ll help you figure out the best options.

Can I book as a group?

Absolutely. Whether it’s a family catch-up, a club weekend or just a bunch of mates escaping the city, we’re happy to host groups. Give us a call and we’ll help tailor the best setup for you.
