What time can we check in/out?

Check-in is from 2pm for cabins. Check-out time is 10am. If you’re arriving late, just give us a call and we’ll talk you through what to do. Easy.

Can I bring my pet?

At Bright, small pets will be allowed at certain times during the year and must be kept on a lead or in a contained area at all times. Please note: Additional charges may apply for guests bringing two or more dogs.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

We don’t allow campfires or fire pits, but we have communal BBQs available in the park. They’re ready when you are for snags, steaks or whatever else is on the tongs.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Our team can walk you through the details depending on your booking type. We’re always happy to help if plans change. Just give us a call or check your confirmation email for specifics.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

At the moment we don’t offer annual or long-term stays at Bright. But if you’re looking to come back again soon, we’ll always try to help you find the perfect spot.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

Yes, our park is designed to be accessible for everyone. We have 3 fully accessible cabins, a lift to our Skydeck, and a fully accessible shared bathroom for campers. Give us a call and we’ll make sure everything is set up to make your stay comfortable.

 Can I book as a group?

Yes you can. Whether you’re travelling with family, friends or a club, we’re happy to help with group bookings. Just contact the office and we’ll help get everything sorted.
