 What time can we check in/out?

Check-in from 2pm and check-out by 10am - time for sunsets when you arrive, and one last cuppa before you go.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets welcome seasonally - check with reception for details. They’ll need to stay on a lead or in a contained area during your stay. For everyone’s safety, aggressive dogs aren’t permitted.

 Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

No open fires are allowed, but you’ll find free gas BBQs and a shared pizza oven in the park - perfect for sizzling, grilling, or baking up a feast without the flames.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Plans change - we get it. Just get in touch with our reception team and they’ll walk you through the options. If you’re arriving outside of check-in times, give us a call beforehand so we can arrange the easiest way for you to access the park and your site or accommodation.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer. long term accommodation?

We keep it simple - no annual sites, cabins or long-term stays here. Albany is all about holidays, not forever homes.
