What are your reception hours?

Our reception hours are from 8 am to 6 pm (subject to change depending on the season). After hours are for emergencies only. An emergency mobile number for serious maintenance issues and other urgent matters is attached to the front door at reception.

How do I get into Airlie Beach?

Tasman Holiday Parks – Airlie Beach is an 18-minute walk along a footpath into central Airlie Beach; this path is well lit at night. You will be given a local map during check in. If you would prefer to catch a bus, there is a bus stop directly outside of our park. Buses run every 20 – 30 minutes from 6am to 10pm. A bus timetable is available at reception.

Does the park have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi connection is available for all guests staying in the park; we have a number of hotspots around the park. The password will be given to you during check-in.
